Midvale Housing Advocacy Service emerged from a clear and urgent need: independent, community led support for tenants facing overwhelming housing challenges. Too many residents in Torbay are enduring unsafe conditions, ignored repairs, unfair treatment, and even unlawful eviction attempts, often feeling isolated in their struggles. The success of the Midvale Tenants Association showed that dedicated advocacy truly transforms outcomes. As the association evolved, it became crucial to establish a sustainable, non profit service.
