- Repairs and disrepair: Support with unresolved maintenance issues, unsafe conditions, or landlord neglect.
- Rent arrears and payment disputes: Help negotiating repayment plans, challenging unlawful charges, or accessing financial support.
- Eviction and possession proceedings: Guidance and representation in cases of eviction, notice disputes, or illegal eviction.
